Our Terms & Conditions are set according to statutory regulations in the United Kingdom. Students can cancel their course within seven days of enrolment. Email students must advise Brenda Martin within seven days by email, and postal students must return all course documents intact, at their cost, to arrive within the seven-day period. No refunds can be considered after this seven-day period.
Refunds will be given 14 days from the date of payment.
The course must be completed within 2 years.
Brenda expects some communication from her students at least every 8 weeks, whether submitting course work or advising her of any delay.
Students who have not submitted course work or communicated with Brenda for 12 months, will have their records placed in the archives and their course and student membership cancelled.
After a 12 month period of no communication, if a student wishes to continue the course, a fee of £15 is requested for administration and updating.
Brenda will return marked course work within 1-7 days of receipt, unless notified in advance of any delay due to holiday periods. In this case, students will be offered extra lessons to undertake during this period.
